Sally Kindt established S.L. Kindt Management in 2006 after gaining over a decade of valuable industry experience as an administrator at a prominent, local management firm. As the sole owner and operator of S.L. Kindt Management, homeowners are able to experience first-hand Sally's high standards and strong work ethic. Known for going that extra mile (or two), and establishing trust

and long lasting relationships with everyone she comes in contact with boards, members, vendors and employees Sally's philosophy of "over-communicate, over-deliver" and "24/7 availability" have earned her a solid reputation in the Sonoma and Marin County business communities. Certified by the California Association of Community Managers (CACM), Sally regularly attends industry conferences, workshops and seminars. Her priorities include staying on top of current legal issues and industry best practices in addition to running the day-to-day operations of S.L. Kindt Management.

Yvonne has been with SL Kindt Management, since January 2010. Born & raised in Marin County, she has lived most of her adult life in Sonoma County. She has spent 10 years in the health related industry, 24 years in the Art and Framing industry, and has served on the board of an HOA, since the early 1990’s.She brings years of experience in helping people & problem solving to the   

company. Yvonne’s passions are music, cats and gardening. She takes pride in being detail oriented and organized.

Nancy has been working in the CID industry for six years as an administrator and property manager. She resides in a homeowners association in Petaluma and has lived there for 20 years. Having been a Board member for a number of those years, she understands the difficult decisions Boards of Directors have to make for and on behalf of the members. With this knowledge, she

has been able to help guide the Board to make educated decisions that will benefit associations and the members to ensure the property is maintained within the budget.
Nancy has worked with our company founder, Sally Kindt in the past and we are very pleased and excited that she has agreed to rekindle that relationship. We look forward to including her as a part of the S L Kindt Management family for many years to come. Nancy will be taking the required courses for her CACM certification over the next several months and expects to complete the course of study in early 2012.
